SHALL BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

ARRIVAL: ALL AIRCRAFT INBOUND LISBON (LPPT) MUST BE AT OR BELOW 
FL270 AND AT OR BELOW 250KIAS WHEN INSIDE 60NM FROM LIS VOR. 
ENTERING INSIDE THE 15NM CIRCLE CENTERED ON LPPT ARP IS NOT 
PERMITTED, EXCEPT WHEN ESTABLISHED ON FINAL OR WITHIN 20 DEGREES OF

Prior permission request (ppr) to land/depart at/from cascais (lpcs) shall be submitted at least 72 hours in advance.
arrival: 
all aircraft inbound cascais (lpcs) must be at or below 
fl270 and at or below 250kias when inside 60nm from lis vor. 
entering inside the 15nm circle centered on lppt arp is not 
permitted, except when established on final for rwy 35 or within 20 degrees of final course. 
Dvor rwy 35 instrument approach procedure is mandatory, circling west if rwy 17 is in use. circling east is not permitted. 
Entry from cp to the dvor rwy 35 procedure not allowed. Clearance for the approach will not be given before gear 
down and landing lights on is reported by the pilot. 
at 5nm from thr rwy 35 aircraft must be established on final with gear down and landing lights on.
departure: 
Sid esp 3n/3s to espichel (esp) is mandatory. 
After esp expect vectors from atc in order to fly outside the 25nm circle area centered on lisbon (lppt) arp. aircraft outbound must be at or below 250kias until outside 60nm from lis vor with the following exception: Aircraft with an outbound heading may accelerate as required after passing 40nm from lis vor if/when above fl200.
Non complying aircraft expect interruption of procedure and atc
